TikTok’s pop princess proves she is as captivating on stage as she is on-screen.
Peach PRC hasn’t always been comfortable on stage. She shot to stardom on TikTok during the pandemic, and those who have followed her know Peach’s transition to live shows took working through nerves and mishaps.
A spicy but graceful pole dance segment set the show apart, with Peach expertly working the pole and reclaiming the skills she first developed while working as a stripper. Although the show was a relatively small-scale production, every element played a discernible role, contributing to a product that was greater than the sum of its parts. The two back-up dancers brought bold moves which complemented Peach, and the electric guitarist was excellent, especially during Peach’s hyperpop hitPeach’s songs are often heavily produced with voice distortions and effects, but her live vocals were impressive with the same ethereal quality as her recordings.
