Disarmament has to remain a goal of the United States, to get all nations to reduce their weapons.Why couldn’t the United States, Russia and China reduce their nuclear weapons arsenals by at least 50% in the next five years? Each nation has too many nukes already, so why not start reducing them in a joint effort. The U.S.
