The Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department of the Royal Malaysia Police recently revealed a rather interesting incident that took place at Tapah R&R in Perak., the PDRM department shared that a 15-year-old Malaysian teen was accidentally left behind by his family at the Petronas station there and went on with their journey without realising he wasn’t inside one of their vehicles.
The officers then managed to track down the teen’s parents and contacted them to notify them that they had left their son behind at Tapah R&R. When the family was finally reunited, the police officers advised the family to be more vigilant of the whereabouts of their children and to always ensure their safety.
The teen left the vehicle without notifying the family because he couldn’t stand a stomach ache and rushed to the toilet. The aunt didn’t notice his disappearance and left him behind, possibly thinking that the teen went to the other vehicle instead.
