The Philippine Coast Guard together with the Bureau of Fire Protection conducted a coastal clean-up drive on Black Saturday, April 8, 2023, in Roxas City, Capiz. The clean-up drive was also done in coordination with the Capiz Provincial Highway Patrol Team, the PCG said in a“Umabot sa 25 sako ng basura ang nakolekta ng mga lingkod bayan sa Barangay Baybay, Roxas City, Capiz, katuwang ang mga Coast Guard trainees ng PCG RTC-Capiz,” it said.
