Pc Andrew Harper's dad supports call for mandatory life prison terms for cop killers as teens face sentence increase
PC Andrew Harper's dad has today supported the calls of his son's widow for mandatory life prison terms to be handed to cop killers.impose tougher sentences on criminals who target the people who are "the backbone of this country".
"We hope the public will back and support Lissie's campaign in memory of Andrew. We need Harper's Law." She said: "This was a horrific crime which resulted in the death of a much-respected police officer while he was on-duty, protecting his community.
