The technical closed beta for Payday 3 begins today, with applications from Xbox Insiders being selected on a first-come first-served basis.
The technical closed beta is live now."This is a technical test, so we won’t have room for everyone. We want to test our servers and the game’s stability when full of actual heisters. We’ll be starting off with only 5000 people with more to come," the Payday team.
Along with progression not carrying over from the beta to the full game, the content of the Payday 3 beta is also limited."This is a slice of the full game containing only one heist and four heisters. Most, but not all, weaponry and cosmetics are included. There’s also a level cap of infamy level 22, meaning that not all skill points will be available during the beta," the Payday 3 team
