For star Paul Rudd, this also included one of the most challenging sequences so far in his history with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
, Rudd revealed that this was a tough shoot, but one sequence, in particular, took some time. The sequence in question comes when Rudd’s Scott Lang is acting beside a series of clones of himself. According to Rudd, the sheer amount of technical requirements made it so that the scene took weeks to film, and was tough to do.
“There were so many other technical considerations that it took weeks to shoot that entire sequence. It was easily the most challenging thing I’ve ever had to do,” Rudd said. While it’s unclear exactly what the scene will entail, but trailers for the film do show multiple scenes with a ton of different Ant-Men in them, so it’s likely that we will see several scenes involving Rudd acting alongside various versions of himself., Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly once again share top billing as Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Hope van Dyne/Wasp, respectively. They were both last seen by fans during.
The third installment will mark the start of Phase 5 and is expected to bring permanent changes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In addition to Kang the Conqueror, fan-favorite Marvel villain M.O.D.O.K will be making his live-action debut in the film.
