42-year-old David DePape, the man accused of breaking into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's house and attacking her husband Paul with a hammer, told police he wanted to hold the speaker hostage and 'break her kneecaps.' In addition to attempted murder charges, he now faces federal charges as well, including kidnapping.
