The late, great Paul O'Grady's daughter Sharon Mousley weighs in on life with a famous father during Good Friday's TV special The Life and Death of Lily Savage

The daughter of Paul O'Grady, Sharon Mousley, has broken her silence on life with a famous father following the entertainer's death a year ago.

In the upcoming TV special titled The Life and Death of Lily Savage, Sharon, 49, reflects on the iconic Lily Savage persona that Paul paraded through the London gay scene and what he was like at home. "I was about seven and it was my birthday party, and my dad said 'I've got a great surprise for you'. He swallows this fluid and then starts fire-eating in my mum's little flat you know, and then there were sort of scorch marks on the ceiling and all the girls were screaming because like 'It's a fire'. I was mortified when he thought it was and he's doing all this and he's like blown fire.

"My dad used to just leave bin bags around, he was working nights and then sleeping days. And also I remember going to the shop and getting tights for him. The guy would say 'You coming in for your dad's tights?' I'd be like 'Yeah, you got a tan and black?'
