Bridges and her husband, Jeff , founded the wine bar and tasting room in 2005 after initially introducing Copa as a wine and liquor store. The couple were together for 32 years, resided in San Antonio 's Stone Oak neighborhood for decades, and celebrated Copa 's 19th anniversary back in April.
