Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots, even broke a record for the priciest condo ever sold in the ritzy South Florida enclave.
It’s also considered one of the few penthouses located directly on the beach.
The residence, located in the Levertt House-Palm Beach building, was initially listed at $26.5 million. It belonged to Erving Wolf, an oil and gas executive who died in 2018, and his wife, Joyce Wolf, who died this year. “An extraordinary contemporary creation by one of the most highly regarded American architects, Maya Lin,” the listing notes.
