A Glasgow carer who verbally and physically abused and threatened a vulnerable care home residents has been struck off the register.
Later, when employed as a Night Care Co-ordinator at Queens Quay House Residential Home in Clydebank in May 2022, Ms Marshall pushed a resident's legs into her bed, knowing the resident suffering from chronic leg pain. The report reads: "By verbally abusing and swearing at residents AA and BB, you misused the power and authority you had as they were completely dependent on you to meet their basic care needs. In particular you knew that BB suffered chronic pain in her legs and you were in the process of providing her with pain relief when you pushed her feet.
