) - A patient at the Women’s Medical Center at Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital was killed Sunday night in an apparent murder-suicide.The victim, 24-year-old Precious Elicia J’anae Johnson, of Birmingham, was a patient at the hospital and was shot multiple times, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.

Police say preliminary investigations shows that the shooting was an apparent murder-suicide, with the Coroner’s Office adding it was a domestic assault.
