MANILA - The pandemic may have cancelled their graduation ceremonies, but Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto ensured that the city's graduates would receive their diplomas and medals.
A video posted on Sotto's Youtube channel shows the mayor visiting Hannah Escalona and Jahzmine Zonio, who are both Pasig City scholars. "Meet Hannah & Jahzmine. Hannah got the highest grades out of ALL elem graduates this school year. Si Jahz naman sa lahat ng senior high. Pareho silang Pasig City Scholar," Sotto wrote on Facebook.
