Pasig athletes lauded for 1st runner-up win in ‘Palarong Panrehiyon’ 2023

The sports delegation of Pasig City was lauded by the local government on Monday, May 8, for winning the second overall championship title in the “Palarong Panrehiyon” or the Regional Athletic Meet 2023 held last April 24 to 28. | ManilaBulletin

According to the city’s Public Information Office , the Pasig team ranked first runner-up in the overall results for both the elementary and secondary levels of the games.

The athletes proudly earned awards for the city in other sports such as athletics , badminton , baseball , boxing , dance sport , futsal , pencak silat , sepak takraw , softball , table tennis , volleyball , and wrestling . He cited that there are still many rooms for improvement in the sports program which they aim to fulfill in order to further harness the skills and talents of the youth.
