Col. Froilan Uy identified the suspect as Rowena Bonador, 45, included in the list of Top 10 drug personalities in the city.He said SDEU operatives were able to confiscate from Bonador 5.6 grams of shabu worth P38,080 and the P500 boodle money. The city police chief said the confiscated shabu was turned over to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for chemical analysis,
The suspect was charged with possession of illegal drug and is now detained the Station Detective and Management Unit custodial facility.
