: Sepasang kekasih mengaku bersalah di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini atas pertuduhan mengabaikan seorang kanak-kanak perempuan berusia tiga tahun sehingga mengakibatkan kematiannya, bulan lepas.
Sebagai orang yang mempunyai hak pemeliharaan terhadap kanak-kanak berkenaan, kedua-dua mereka dengan niat bersama dituduh mengabaikan mangsa sehingga menyebabkan kematiannya di Taman Mayung, Port Dickson dekat sini antara 12 tengah hari hingga 6.45 petang pada 18 hingga 24 Mac lepas. Pendakwaan dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Noor Syafina Mohd Radzuan manakala kedua-dua tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.
“Sekiranya mahkamah mahu menggunakan budi bicara, jaminan yang tinggi perlu dikenakan terhadap kedua-duanya,“ katanya.
