The 2025 float, named 'Welcome Home,' is being prepared for the world-famous event. You can help the float's mission by adopting a dog weighing 40 pounds or more by December 31st from the Raymond Avenue animal center. Pasadena Humane will waive adoption fees.
This heart-warming initiative aims to find loving homes for these animals. Adopting a dog includes microchipping, spaying or neutering, and age-appropriate vaccinations. Pasadena Humane emphasizes that many of its canine residents are large dogs. The animal center hopes that all these dogs will be watching the Rose Parade from their new families' homes
