Saturday will bring partly cloudy skies, warm temperatures in the upper 80s, and low rip current risk at beaches. However, changes are coming as the remnant low of Francine moves into the area, increasing rain chances starting Sunday.
It will be nice for our Saturday with partly cloudy skies and fairly warm temperatures . Highs will be in the upper 80s and heat index values will be in the low to mid 90s.
We’ll see changes as the remnant low of Francine dives back to the south and into our area. This won’t be a tropical low. At this point it’s simply a front, but it will increase our rain chances. Expect scattered showers around for our Sunday. Meanwhile, another low off the coast of the Carolinas could develop into a tropical system and work it’s way into the Carolinas.
