A Parma attorney has been suspended indefinitely and ordered to pay more than $16,000 in restitution to former clients after he failed to provide legal services they paid him to do, according to an opinion from the Ohio Supreme Court.CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Parma attorney has been suspended indefinitely and ordered to pay more than $16,000 in restitution to former clients after he failed to provide legal work they paid him to do, according to an opinion from the Ohio Supreme Court.

Vick must repay the restitution in 90 days. Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer attempted to reach out to Vick for comment. Between July 2018 and April 2020 Vick, represented people in different legal matters and accepted retainers that ranged from $1,000 to $5,000 from those clients, but he failed “to deposit them into his client trust account even though he had performed little or no work on the clients’ legal matters,” the opinion says.
