The National Assembly's Rules Committee will decide how Parliament will deal with the Zondo Commission's report into state capture. | gerbjan

In the Programming Committee on Thursday, Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula said President Cyril Ramaphosa would table the report by 30 June.

It is expected that a yet-to-be-released part of the report will deal with Parliament's failure to execute its oversight functions.To the extent that the report deals with the role of Parliament as a constitutional body, depending on the issues raised, the Rules Committee or Joint Rules Committee will deal with the matters.
