None of the 11 recommendations for Parliament made by Chief Justice Raymond Zondo in the reports emanating from the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture will have been implemented by May 23.

In addition, DA chief whip Siviwe Gwarube claims that her party’s MPs are experiencing “intense hostility” from ANC MPs when these recommendations are negotiated.
