Every five years since 2007, the City of San Antonio asks voters to approve a bond measure that will pay for projects like road repair, new sidewalks, bridge improvements and flood mitigation, all without raising property taxes.to approve the sale of bonds in the amount of $1.2 billion to address 183 specific projects in five categories . A sixth proposition that will direct $150 million to affordable housing projects will also appear on the ballot.
