Benoni New Township is poised to be even more prosperous with the completion of Parklane City three-storey shoplots.
Developer WSG Group managing director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said the 24 units of three-storey shoplots fronting the main road Jalan Papar Spur at Parklane City has recently obtained occupancy certificate . She said the keys will be handed over to the owners after the Chinese New Year. “In a few months’ time, Benoni New Township will be even more prosperous when the front row of shops open at Parklane City,” Susan said.
As for Parklane Villa double-storey terrace house, the first phase of 90 units will be completed in August and another 90 units next year. The company is also expected to launch Parklane Condominium this year, which consists of four 19-storey towers with a total of 656 units. The WSG Group was awarded “Best Developer for Township Development” for Benoni Commercial Centre and Parklane City projects in Papar by Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association in September 18 last year.
