An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.Surveillance footage showed an unknown offender pulling the door handle to a locked 2018 Acura MDX in the 1000 block of South Hamlin Avenue at approximately 2:41 a.m. The offender then fled northbound on Hamlin Avenue on foot.
