Members of the Park City Professional Ski Patrol Association have voted to strike if a fair contract agreement cannot be reached with Vail Resorts.PCPSPA members have held 21 negotiation meetings with Vail Resorts since May 2024, pushing for a contract that guarantees a $23-an-hour base rate, adequate compensation for experienced patrollers, and improved benefits and educational opportunities.

PCPSPA officials clarified that the vote does not indicate an immediate work stoppage, and negotiations with Vail Resorts will continue this week.
