Akani Simbine ran a storming last leg in the 4×100 relay heats to send Team SA into Friday’s final at the Paris 2024 Olympics.30-year-old sprinter Akani Simbine performed a storming final leg in the 4x100m relay heats to secure a place in the final for Team SA. That final will go on Friday 09 July at 19:47 where Bayanda Walaza, Shaun Maswanganyi and Bradley Nkoana will hope to add to give anchor man Simbine a healthy position to finish and add to South Africa’s tally of four medals.
