After more than six years, a cyclist finally won the justice he sought after a crash on a King County trail left him paralyzed from the neck down.
Carl Schwartz's March 2017 crash left him paralyzed from the neck down. After a six year battle with King County, Schwartz settled for $10 million. Schwartz can be seen here in a wheelchair.
