Pangilinan sees ‘partial, calibrated’ lifting of quarantine

The government can impose a “calibrated partial lifting” of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the Luzon region, Senator Francis Pangilinan proposed.

In line with this, Pangilinan underscored the need for mass testing as well as other measures such as continued support for frontline workers and establishment of isolation centers.

“Without the mass testing, bulag tayo . We don’t know who is infected, we don’t know how this is spreading and contact tracing and the isolation centers,” he added.
