Those taken into custody have been released after many of them were booked at the Central Jail in downtown San Diego.

The typical 8-ounce cup of coffee contains 95 milligrams of caffeine, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, while a 16-ounce can of Monster Energy contains 160 milligrams.for natural drinks with functional benefits, like boosting energy or immunity.

Then, last December, the family of a Florida man filed a wrongful death and negligence lawsuit against Panera.
