She was booked into the Franklin County Jail Wednesday afternoon. Court records show a murder charge was unsealed following her extradition. She was previously charged with kidnapping and endangering children. According to the newly unsealed charging documents, Darnell Taylor died of asphyxiation around 11 a.m. on Feb. 13. Maye's husband called 911 around 3 a.m. the next day after she allegedly told him the boy was no longer alive.Following her arrest about 36 hours later, Maye told police in Cleveland where Taylor's body was. Columbus police went to that location and found the boy's body in a sewer drain in south Columbus.
