She wore a satin black button-up shirt with a white collar tucked into a black midi pencil skirt.
In the film, she plays an aging showgirl whose decades-long contract expires, leaving her forced to rejoin the audition circuit. Billie Lourd stars as her daughter, while Brenda Song and Kiernan Shipka play younger showgirls.about the film, Anderson explained that it marks new creative territory for her. After all, for the first few decades of her career, she was known for being a sex symbol rather than for her work as an actor.
