In a radio interview on Sunday, Roque said making trips using a private car around Metro Manila was fine as long as it for essential purposes. “Indispensable travel pa rin po iyan, at nasa lokal na pamahalaan po na nasa MGCQ kung ano ang requirements nila ,” he said. “Ang advice ko po, makipag-ugnayan po sa lokal na pamahalaan kung saan kayo pupunta nang wala pong maging aberya sa inyong biyahe ,” he said.
