Longhorns end their regular season next week as team anticipates a playoff contest with Deer Park to see which team gets the nod for first

Longhorns head coach Miguel Torres indicated that if such a scenario unfolded, the two would want to"play it out" to see who gets first and who gets second.
As for Sam Rayburn, this series sweep hurts. Tied for third place at the start of the week, they're now in a three-way mess for the fourth and final playoff berth. Memorial, Channelview and the Texans are all two under .500, while the Trojans, losers of three straight, sit alone in third place at 4-4.
