On Monday night the Mavericks faced Indiana without backup center Dereck Lively II, a late scratch after feeling discomfort in his right shoulder, which the Mavericks are calling a sprain.Dallas played the previous night, beating Orlando by 23 points, but that was no excuse for falling behind 15-2 against an Indiana team playing without Isaiah Jackson , Aaron Nesmith and James Wiseman .
