After Ellen Greenberg was stabbed 20 times in her Manayunk apartment in 2011, the case now moves to the the PA Supreme Court, following an appeal by the family to change the manner of her death from suicide to homicide.
Ellen's manner of death was originally ruled a homicide by officials in 2011, but was then changed to suicide. Since that change, her family has been fighting for justice.
