The trooper arrested Celena Morrison-McLean, the city’s executive director of the Office of LGBT Affairs, and her husband, Darius McLean, after a traffic stop in March.

A video, posted to social media on Saturday, shows a Pennsylvania State trooper detaining the city's executive director of the Office of LGBT Affairs, Celena Morrison, and an individual whom Morrison refers to in the clip as her husband. Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle L. Parker called the clip "very concerning" in a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

“I work for the mayor! I work for the mayor!” Morrison-McLean yelled before the trooper could be heard telling her to “shut the f— up.”
