Pa. school district settles for $45K with parents who sued over Black Lives Matter lessons

He said the district will “continue to aggressively address any and all litigation brought against it or its employees.” The Derek Smith Law Group of Philadelphia gets 25% of the settlement – $11,250 – plus $559.02 for expenses.
