Gregory Kelley allegedly stored child sexual abuse material on a work computer, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. A Medic One employee is accused of accessing and storing child sexual abuse material on a work computer following an investigation from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.
Gregory Kelley, 31, allegedly was logged into his personal email account on the work computer. Another employee saw files containing child sexual abuse material on Kelley's account and reported it to their employer, investigators said. Kelley, from Delmont, Pennsylvania, is a wheelchair van driver for Murrysville Medic One in Westmoreland County.
"This conduct is deeply disturbing as it involves someone who is supposed to be helping children and adults in their community,” Attorney General Dave Sunday said in a release. “Anyone who exploits and victimizes children in this manner will be pursued aggressively and can expect to be held accountable. ” Kelley was charged Wednesday with 12 counts of child sexual abuse material and five felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility.
He is currently staying in Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 26, according to online court documents.
