State Rep. Matt Dowling rear-ended a car twice Saturday afternoon in Fayette County. That follows a single-vehicle crash that hospitalized him for more than a week last October.
Dowling was hospitalized for more than a week last October for treatment of significant trauma after“Since that accident, I have struggled with the trauma that occurred — both physical and mental,” the statement said.
