SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT – Little League will be providing the borough of South Williamsport $1 million over the next 10 years under terms of a 25-year-lease that will ensure free parking for world series attendees.It ensures Little League will have parking for the series and the borough will have the money for a planned government and community center, he said.
