The jackpot prize for Mega Lotto 6/45 had reached P220 million before its 9 p.m. draw on Friday, May 12, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced. | ManilaBulletin READ:

Its jackpot was previously won by a bettor from Bayugan, Agusan del Sur last March 6 who took home P12.1 million.Meanwhile, the jackpot for UltraLotto 6/58 had reached P120 million before the said draw.

A bettor from Pulilan, Bulacan previously hit the game's jackpot on March 7 and took home P109.6 million."For only 20 pesos per ticket, anyone can have the chance to become instant an millionaire and, in the process, help the PCSO raise funds for the government’s charity programs," PCSO said. The agency also reminded that prizes not claimed within one year from the draw date shall be forfeited and reverted to form part of its charity fund.

As per law, 55 percent of the PCSO's income is set aside for game prizes, 30 percent for charity services, and the remaining 15 percent for operations.
