P2 Gold Corp. (TSXV: PGLD) (OTCQB: PGLDF) announced the completion of its previously announced sale of its Ball Creek Claims (also known as the BAM Project) to Kingfisher Metals Corp. (Kingfisher). The transaction, which closed on 2024, saw P2 Gold receive 1,515,151 common shares in Kingfisher's capital. P2 Gold intends to utilize the proceeds from this sale to advance its Gabbs Project located on Nevada 's Walker Lane Trend.

Specifically, the funds will be directed towards additional metallurgical test work and the permitting of production water wells at the Gabbs Project. The company plans to provide further details regarding its strategy for the Gabbs Project as developments progress.P2 Gold is a mineral exploration and development company primarily focused on advancing its gold-copper Gabbs Project. A positive preliminary economic assessment has outlined a long-life, mid-size mine at Gabbs with projected annual average production of 104,000 ounces of gold and 13,500 tonnes of copper over a 14.2-year mine life.
