BIRMINGHAM, U.K. - Metal legend Ozzy Osbourne will perform a final show with the original members of Black Sabbath on Saturday. The original members of pioneer metal group Black Sabbath, Osbourne, "Geezer" Butler, Tony Iommi, and Bill Ward, will reunite for the first time in 20 years on Saturday for a massive sold out performance that will include performances from iconic metal and rock artists.
Duff McKagan of "Guns N' Roses"The show, which will be held at Village Park, the home of Aston Villa Football Club, in Birmingham, was announced after Osbourne's wife, Sharon Osbourne, told the BBC in February that her husband wanted to throw one last heavy metal show to give friends and fans a proper "goodbye." Ozzy Osbourne has struggled with medical challenges after after suffering a fall and being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019. Osbourne canceled tour dates and a performance at Power Trip festival due his health conditions. According to the AP, Sabbath’s story began in Birmingham in 1968 when the four original members were looking to escape a life of factory work. Their debut album in 1970 made the U.K. top 10 and paved the way for a string of hit albums, including 1971's “Master of Reality” and “Vol. 4” a year later. They went on to become one of the most influential and successful metal bands of all time, selling more than 75 million albums worldwide., but will be delayed two hours from the show's start time.
