Oxfam America has released a ranking of US states based on their policies that benefit working women and women of color. The study considered factors like minimum wage, worker protections, and leave policies, highlighting states with more progressive measures.
Oxfam then narrowed in on policies that have an outsized effect on women and women of color, specifically, to rank the best states for female employees.
