Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union said someone physically breached one of its ATMs. The Texas Attorney General’s Office said the breach potentially exposed the banking information of 4,607 customers.

As of September 2023, Texas law now requires organizations and businesses to report breaches within 30 days of discovery that affect 250 or more Texans.
