and 2019-2022 Freightliner Sprinter models that were produced between March 2, 2018 and October 17, 2022. A total of 124,305 units are impacted.will update the software of various control units, including the ESP and transmission control unit, to reduce the threshold speed and recalibrate the PLS.
Dealers are set to be notified of the recall on or around December 12, 2022, while owners will be notified one week later. This isn’t the only recall that Mercedes-Benz has had to deal with recently. In late September, GLE andwere recalled in the United States because the fastening on the rear door window trim may not meet production specifications, meaning the rear window trim bar could separate from the vehicle while driving. More than 161,000 vehicles were involved in this recall.
