OUTsurance’s ordinary dividend per share grew was 56.8 cents per share – an over 100% increase from 2021.

OUTsurance Personal – the most significant contributor to group profitability and shows a low earnings volatility profile – said that an increase in its claims ratios is directly attributable to motor claims normalisation, wetter weather conditions, higher repair cost inflation, an increase in vehicle theft for high-value off-road vehicles, and load shedding., OUTsurance plans to pull cover for grid failure soon as it is no longer an unforeseen event.

Khartoum resident Sahar Al-Jazuli says the October 2021 military coup negatively affected the revolution for democratic rule in Sudan and said supporters of democracy will not accept any agreement that doesn't serve justice. There are not many differences among national political forces about the transitional issues, he said. He added, the differences will not affect the dialogue, which he forecasts will lead to "completion of the transitional period and sustainable democracy in the country."
