The Fernley will be completed next year
The Fernley building has ‘topped out’ — i.e. reached its final height — at 45 storeys. The tower, located in the First Street area of the city centre next to Mancunian Way, is part of a development which was ‘reluctantly’ given planning permission in 2020.
