A recent survey brought to light a concerning health issue affecting the United States: nearly one-third of Americans report living with constant pain.
The study, conducted by Talker Research and commissioned by Ancestral Supplements, found that three out of ten Americans have not experienced a single pain-free day in over a month, with 28% of participants indicating they endure some form of pain daily.
“From struggling through morning routines to missing out on activities we love, such as spending time with family, and even compromising our careers at work, which affects our livelihood, the impact is felt in all aspects of our lives. Our research sheds light on these struggles, emphasizing the urgent need for effective solutions,” he said.
The average onset age for chronic aches and pains among Americans is 37, with the most commonly reported areas of discomfort being the legs , neck , and shoulders . Back pain was also highlighted as a significant concern for many respondents.
